Affiliate Disclosure

bestoptions.fyi is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, bestoptions.fyi earns from qualifying purchases.

In practice, that means:

• The "Amazon" buttons and product links on every guide are affiliate links. If you click through and buy something, we may earn a small commission — at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same either way.
• Outbound links route through a /go/ redirect on this site before landing on Amazon. That redirect only records that the link was clicked; it doesn't change the destination or the price.
• Being an Amazon Associate doesn't influence which products we rank or how we rank them — our picks come from our own research, not from commission rates.
• Prices and availability shown on this site are approximate and can change at any time. Always confirm the current price and availability on Amazon before buying.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you click an outbound product link, we record a hashed version of your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the referring page — this tells us which guides and products are actually being used and helps us catch broken links. We don't store your raw IP address, and we don't use this to build a profile of you as an individual. If you use the search box, we store the text you searched for so we can see what visitors are looking for and prioritize which guides to write next; it isn't linked to any other identifying information. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting, as is normal for any website.

Cookies. The only cookie this site sets is a session cookie used for the admin login area — it isn't used to track visitors, and it doesn't persist once you log out. We don't run analytics or advertising cookies of our own. Once you click through to Amazon, Amazon's own cookies and privacy notice take over; we don't control what happens on their site.

Third-party links. Our guides link to Amazon and, on some pages, other retailers. Once you leave bestoptions.fyi, your activity there is governed by that site's own privacy policy, not ours.

Children's privacy. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights. If you'd like to know what data we hold about you, or want it deleted, email [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

Changes. We may update this policy occasionally; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

Terms of Use

By using bestoptions.fyi, you agree to the following:

• Independent research. Our rankings and reviews reflect our own research and opinion. We are not Amazon, and we're not endorsed by Amazon or by the manufacturers of the products we cover.
• No warranty. Content on this site — including prices, availability, specifications, and pros/cons — is provided "as is," for general informational purposes, without warranty of any kind. Always verify current price, availability, and specifications directly with the retailer before purchasing.
• Limitation of liability. We aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from a purchase decision made based on this site's content, or from your dealings with Amazon or any other third-party retailer.
• Intellectual property. Text and original photography on this site belong to bestoptions.fyi unless noted otherwise. Product names, logos, and images are trademarks or copyrighted material of their respective owners, used here for identification purposes.
• Changes to these terms. We may revise these terms from time to time; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
